You guys should see the The iPhone Developer Program License Agreement.
It is so locked down and in favor of Apple that devs aren't even allowed to make any statements about the agreement at all!
The DFF had to use the freedom of information act on NASA just to get a copy.
Apple was once a good company that just wanted to make a good product for people. But that time is over and now they have become more of big brother to their customers than Microsoft or IBM ever dreamed to be. |

@0zzy07 lawl show me proof of that plz and no they didnt steal from XErox Parc. Steve Jobs and Steve Woiznack were first going to take their (UNIQUE) operating system to HP (hewartt-packard) but HP refused so they founded Apple. The name was also completely random lol. Personally i think Windows sucks. Microsoft keeps trying to expand it's software onto/into things that are completely useless and won't go in a direction after that. Microsoft has completely screwed up on windows. |

I would like to deny that, but you're right. There Censorship and Digital Restrictions Management are outrageous. Apple is a hardware and software manufacturer and should stay neutral towards there users. If you want naked chicks on your Iphone or use your own profider, they should have no authority about that. I really like apple as hardware manufacturer, there products are pretty and good. I hate CEO department, as they are a bunch of power lusting bureaucrats. |
